It’s important to us that you love the items I make for you, and I realize that sometimes a piece doesn’t quite turn out to be the perfect color or size that you were expecting. That’s why I allow customers 14 days to return your item in exchange for any other item in stock, a store credit to be used at a later time, or a full refund of the purchase price. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.
If you do wish to exchange or return an item, please contact me at email@example.com to inform me and I will instruct you on how to return the item.
If you feel there is a problem or defect with your piece, please contact me and I will work to resolve the issue for you.
